I still dont get what you want to do completely.
But why dont you use the Add user frontend component for this?
When you use CB you can moderate (And edit) cb profiles from the frontend!
Add a user with the Add user frontend component then click on the username and you can edit the profile.
There is no need to logout and login again as another user
Can you explain more detailed what you want to do?
